Job Description
As an Affordable Customer Success Specialist, you will be a key player in supporting customers, particularly in the Affordable Housing sector. You will assist with product inquiries, address customer concerns, and guide clients through compliance requirements and issue resolution. Additionally, you'll work closely with the sales team to showcase the value of our Affordable Housing product to potential clients and help demonstrate its features. You'll also play a critical role in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience tailored to their specific needs. By collaborating with the product team, you'll provide valuable feedback to help improve the product and better serve the Affordable Housing community. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, excellent organization, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong, positive relationships with customers and internal teams, acting as the primary contact for Affordable Housing needs.
Provide prompt, knowledgeable first-line support via phone, email, and tutorials, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
Collaborate with the sales team to demo the product for potential clients, emphasizing the benefits and features most relevant to Affordable Housing.
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients in the Affordable Housing sector, ensuring smooth implementation and addressing specific compliance and workflow needs.
Work with the product team to collect feedback, suggest improvements, and ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.
Create and maintain training materials, help center documentation, and knowledge base resources to support customer success.
Educate customers on how to effectively use the product, providing workarounds when product issues arise.
Relay customer feedback to internal teams for continuous product improvement and to enhance the overall customer experience.
Collaborate across teams to support company growth and contribute to other customer success roles and initiatives as needed.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in Affordable Housing, including direct on-site property management experience.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Patience and resilience in handling complex or challenging cases.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience with help desk software and remote support tools.
Strong deadline management skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Travel Requirements:
10-20% travel may be required for customer training, events, and in-person meetings.
