Lead and supervise a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Develop and implement innovative programs that meet the evolving needs of our community.
Build strong relationships with community partners, funders, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and funding requirements.
Supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
You'll be a great fit if you have:

A Master's Degree in Public Health, Human Services, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in program management and supervision.
Experience working with children and families in a community-based setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
Bonus points if you have:

Grant writing experience.
Experience working with state agencies (e.g., DDS, DMH, DPH, DCF).
Knowledge of Positive Youth Development and trauma-informed care.
