Are you a results-driven strategist with a passion for direct response media? We're seeking an Associate Media Director to lead impactful campaigns across DRTV and DR OTT platforms. In this role, you'll blend your strategic expertise and data-driven insights to deliver measurable success for clients, while fostering collaboration and growth within your team.
What You'll Do
As the Associate Media Director, you'll:
Craft compelling cross-channel media strategies and recommendations that achieve client goals.
Lead planning efforts, including creating strategic decks, allocating budgets, and identifying target audiences.
Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their marketing objectives.
Oversee the end-to-end media execution process, managing internal communication and vendor relationships.
Develop key client deliverables such as quarterly business reviews, white papers, and bi-annual presentations.
Provide proactive, responsive, and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction.
Mentor and guide team members, including Media Supervisors, Media Planners, and Associate Media Planners.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including Activation, Analytics, and Ad Ops, to ensure campaigns meet performance KPIs.
Partner with finance teams to manage client budgets, invoices, and reconciliations accurately and promptly.
Contribute to professional growth initiatives, such as writing POVs, participating in committees, and sharing expertise across the agency.
Analyze trends and campaign performance data to make strategic recommendations that drive business results.
Foster a positive and healthy team environment by serving as a role model with a can-do attitude.
What You Bring to the Table
A bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a media agency environment, including roles in client services, media planning, buying, and reporting.
Expertise in both digital and traditional media, with familiarity in platforms like DV360, Innovid, and others being a plus.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies in a clear and concise manner.
Proven leadership abilities, including managing teams and resolving issues with innovative solutions.
The ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional work under pressure.
Curiosity and adaptability to stay informed about the ever-evolving digital media landscape, including programmatic and augmented reality trends.
A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, while also being capable of working independently.
