Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported. You'll be the first point of contact, and your empathetic communication will help set the tone for a positive experience.
Provide information on financial products and services and help schedule appointments or transfer clients to a financial counselor for further assistance.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and follow up on outreach efforts.
Maintain client confidentiality and accurate records while providing excellent customer service.
Assist in scheduling appointments for clients to meet with financial counselors for a personalized financial assessment.
Manage incoming client calls and inquiries with a focus on providing timely and accurate information.
Provide professional, empathetic, and understanding support to clients as they navigate their financial journey.
Maintain data entry records and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive client information.
Position Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish and English is required
Typing speed of 40 words per minute with at least 80% accuracy
Ability to work remotely, with a stable internet connection (minimum 200 Mbps speed for a single person, 400 Mbps for households with multiple users)
U.S. citizenship required due to contractual obligations
Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM in your local time zone, with rotating Saturdays every 6-8 weeks
Training: Initial full-time training for 8 business days, followed by ongoing development
Remote Work Requirements:
Reliable internet with the ability to connect via Ethernet cable
A quiet, dedicated workspace with a closing door
Security: A security camera setup is required for your home office
Note: Remote work is not intended to replace caregiving responsibilities during working hours
