Position Requirements:
- Pay: $16.00/hour for most locations (up to $17.57/hour in high-cost living areas like Los Angeles, CA)
- Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 11 Paid Holidays, 19 PTO Days, and retirement options
- Work Schedule: Typically Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM in your local time zone, with rotating Saturdays every 6-8 weeks.
- Training Schedule: Full-time training (8 business days) starting on February 3rd, with training hours typically from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern Time.
- Typing Requirement: Ability to type 40 words per minute with 80% accuracy
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required due to contracts in place
- Interview Process: All interviews will be conducted virtually (via phone or video) - no in-person meetings required

Remote Work From Home Requirements:
- Internet: Hard-wired internet with speeds of at least 200 Mbps for a single person or 400 Mbps for multiple people.
- Caregiving: Please note that this role is not suitable if you are a primary caregiver during work hours.
- Security: A private room with a door, and a security camera in addition to your computer setup, is required.

How Will I Make a Positive Impact?

As a Client Advocate, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, making a meaningful impact through empathetic communication. Most calls will be inbound, but you may also reach out to prospective clients. You'll explain the various services and products available, and schedule appointments or transfer them to a financial counselor for further assistance.

Through extensive training, you'll gain the knowledge needed to assist clients with a variety of financial and credit-related questions, ensuring that everyone who reaches out is better off for doing so, whether or not they choose to move forward with our services.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

- Answer inbound and outbound calls, as well as respond to client emails
- Handle around 80 calls per day, providing exceptional service in both English and Spanish
- Answer questions, schedule appointments, and support clients through the intake process
- Manage client data with confidentiality and ensure all information is accurately entered into the system
- Address customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain a welcoming and positive experience for clients seeking financial help
