Support the management and team by providing customer relations support, receiving/directing incoming calls, answering inquiries and providing follow-up to customers in regards to repair information.
Maintain an organized database and updated filing system to assist management.
Schedule insurance claims appointments and act as a liaison between insurance companies.
Organization and coordination of repair orders.
Other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong multi-tasker with exceptional time management skills.
Strong communication skills
experience with insurance companies and polices is a plus
