Position: CNC Swiss Machinist

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines to manufacture precision components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Perform inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and make adjustments to maintain optimal machine performance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience with CNC Swiss machines (Citizen, Star, or Tsugami preferred).
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.

Position: CNC Milling Machinist

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce components to precise specifications.
• Inspect finished parts with precision tools to ensure they meet engineering requirements.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines to ensure smooth operation.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with CNC milling machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
