To ensure the success of this role, it is essential to define what successful outcomes look like. The objectives are as follows:

• Deliver a high level of professionalism in our design and project management approach, enhancing the overall client experience.
• Oversee internal processes and design to align with our project appointments.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time and through the design control process, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Achieve zero non-compliance issues during project audits.
• Streamline workflows to free up time for our current project engineers and leaders.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience in the construction and MEP sectors, with a solid understanding of the operations and services.
• A background in Design and Project Management within the construction industry, preferably in a consultancy setting.
• Proficiency in IT systems, enabling effective use of the tools utilised by Hoare Lea.
• Ability to work independently while also following direction from the senior leadership team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating confidence and assertiveness in interactions with individuals at all levels, fostering strong working relationships both internally and externally.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, complemented by a positive team spirit.
