We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our Events Coordinator in planning and executing successful events. You’ll help manage all aspects of event preparation, logistics, and execution, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and attendees. This is a fantastic role for someone passionate about events and hospitality, looking to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, including property showcases and client meetings.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and transportation.
  • Track event budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Support vendor management, contracts, and coordination.
  • Prepare and organize event materials, such as signage and promotional items.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance.
  • Gather and report feedback post-event to assess success and areas for improvement.

Qualifications



Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus.
