Key Responsibilities:
Daily Management: Oversee the CEO's daily, weekly, and quarterly commitments, ensuring she is prepared and organized.
Strategic Alignment: Align tasks and projects with the organization's principles, taking detailed notes and distributing action items.
Idea Intake and Execution: Capture and develop actionable plans for the CEO's ideas, maintaining organization and follow-through.
Email, Calendar, and Travel Management: Manage the CEO's schedule, prioritizing emails, coordinating travel logistics, and tracking expenses.
Event Planning: Plan and manage logistics for in-person events, ensuring every detail is attended to for a seamless experience.
Qualifications:
Required:
3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working directly with entrepreneurs or CEOs.
Strong organizational skills with proven experience in process creation.
A college degree, preferably related to business, marketing, or healthcare.
Preferred:
Background in marketing or client services.
Certifications in project management or similar fields.
Interest in mission-driven organizations or community initiatives.
Work Environment:
This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel for client meetings and industry events. Candidates should have a quiet, ergonomic workspace and reliable internet access.

Salary Range:
The expected salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
