Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to passengers before, during, and after flights.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
• Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning.
• Conduct pre-flight checks to ensure the aircraft is ready for passengers.
• Serve food and beverages to passengers in a professional manner.
• Address passenger inquiries and provide information about the flight and services available.
• Manage in-flight emergencies and assist in the implementation of safety protocols.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for travel and providing excellent customer service.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with others.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols (training provided).
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid passport.
