Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Club in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.
Position Overview:
Oversee the maintenance and care of our 18-hole public course. You will play a key role in managing the overall condition and appearance of the golf course to ensure an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
Requirements:
Degree in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Golf Course Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.
Strong understanding of agronomy, turf management practices, and toro irrigation systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Valid Wisconsin pesticide applicator license or the ability to obtain one within 6 months.
Knowledge of golf course equipment maintenance is a plus.
Compensation:
$70,000 – $90,000 per year.
