Job Description

Position Overview:
As a Help Desk Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues. You’ll troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate problems, ensuring the delivery of prompt and effective solutions to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues, providing clear and efficient solutions
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
Document all support interactions, solutions, and issues in the help desk ticketing system
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams or supervisors
Assist with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance
Ensure all support requests are handled in a timely and professional manner
Maintain knowledge of current software and hardware products, as well as industry best practices
Collaborate with IT team members on ongoing projects and system improvements

Qualifications:
Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and software applications
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, etc.) are a plus
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
