THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION

16-20 HOURS PER WEEK

Precision Chiropractic in Summerville, SC is looking for one receptionist to join our 4 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, extroverted by nature, ambitious, and engaged.

Job duties:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and screen phone calls for two lines & two doctors
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Taking payments and posting them into our EHR system
• Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
• Verify patient insurance

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a medical receptionist or similar position
• Outgoing, friendly and self-motivated
• Knowledge of computers, iPads, and word processing documents
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management and organizational skills
• Must be able to work Saturdays 8:30a-12p (will switch with other teammate for every other Saturday)
