1. Someone who can read code
2. Maintain the system and get them ready to migrate to a new system (when it's decided)
3. Support the users and handle the escalated tickets

• Mainly their team handles all ERP related applications. Peoplesoft, imaging applications for ERP like OCR, episoft, and imagenow. Also have timekeeping application workforce UKG, eAppraisal through cornerstone now and ISMS.
• Need someone with strong Peoplesoft skills and maybe imagenow/episoft when needed
• Will focus on bug fixes, and any other peoplesoft tickets that have reached escalation
• 1 for peoplesoft financials and 1 for peoplesoft HCM. Technical and functional skills. Can answer questions when third level tickets come into the helpdesk, and understand functionality in technology they need to get involved with.
• Majority of tickets are financials related. If those people are HCM and finance, that would be helpful too. Beyond that, just supporting the users, creating new private queries if they encounter issues or if problems pop up. Maybe do a walk through ad contact them for that wllk through for functionality
• Peoplesoft, programming specifically within peoplecode, peopletools, being able to traverse through code and decipher/analyze tracing if they encounter any issues, COBOL on the HR side.
• From the HR side they use some of the excel to CI so that would be helpful. Understanding of employees self service, w2, open enrollment, supporting year end processing, job modernization, direct self services
• Different areas they're thinking of from financials is P2P, GL, periodically asset, travel and expense, reporting including SQR's, PS Queries, BI publisher, all of those.
• Have a team of 4 peoplesoft engineers- 2 financial/ 2 HR they will be trained by this team and will shadow them.
