Job Description

Our client is a leading Generative AI platform seeking a Senior React Developer that enhances the efficiency of government and commercial teams across various domains—from coding and cybersecurity to acquisition and data analysis. Our FedRAMP High and DoD IL5 accredited cutting-edge technology empowers teams to focus on strategic initiatives while we handle the heavy lifting. 

As a Senior React Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing our B2B applications and experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality, scalable web applications.
  • UI Development: Design and develop user interfaces using React, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
  • Industry Best Practices: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in React development, incorporating them into our development processes.
  • Backend Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Tool Proficiency: Use modern development tools and frameworks to create high-quality code and interactive prototypes.
  • Feasibility Assessment: Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a React Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in building complex web applications.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and React.js.
  • B2B Focus: Experience in optimizing applications for complex B2B environments.
  • Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive design principles and the ability to create interfaces that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
  • Web Technologies: Familiarity with HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and technical challenges.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effective in cross-functional team environments.
  • Attention to Detail: A passion for clean code, user-centered design, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship is required, as this role may require obtaining a Department of Defense Secret clearance.

  • Technical Assessment: You may undergo a technical assessment to evaluate your proficiency in React, JavaScript, and related technologies.
