Key Responsibilities:

• Perform emergency surgical procedures on trauma patients.
• Assess and stabilize patients with lifethreatening injuries.
• Collaborate with emergency department staff to develop treatment plans.
• Conduct postoperative care and followup assessments.
• Engage in research and education related to trauma care.
  

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of residency in surgery.
  
• Board certification in general surgery and trauma surgery.
• Strong decisionmaking and surgical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in highstakes environments.
