We're a mid-sized law firm searching for a talented Trust & Estate Attorney to join our team! In this fulfilling role, you'll play a key role in guiding clients through all aspects of estate planning, ensuring their wishes are met and loved ones are protected.

What You'll Do:

Become a Trusted Advisor: Provide comprehensive legal advice on wills, trusts, wealth preservation, tax law, and other estate planning matters.
Draft Solid Estate Plans: Craft clear and concise estate planning documents, including wills and trusts.
Champion Client Success: Navigate complex estate and tax law issues, ensuring clients' assets are protected.
Build Strong Relationships: Develop lasting relationships with clients, providing them with personalized and timely legal guidance.
Work Efficiently: Manage a caseload effectively, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
You're a Perfect Fit If:

You're a licensed attorney in Oregon with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Trust & Estate law.
You possess a deep understanding of estate planning law, trusts, and wills.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You're a highly organized individual with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks.
You thrive in a collaborative work environment and enjoy helping others.

Salary: $ 130,000.00 Per Year
