Automotive Upholstery Technician Job Summary: Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Upholsterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail. This role involves working with various materials and tools to assemble and install upholstery to meet high-quality standards. Responsibilities

• Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble & install upholstery materials.
• Install upholstery components (primarily leather) according to specifications, ensuring proper fit and finish.
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

• Proven experience in upholstery work or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in upholstery fabrication.
• Ability to assemble various components accurately and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality results.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina as the role requires standing for extended periods and lifting materials.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
