Must-Have Qualifications: Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Active CPA certification (non-negotiable).

Experience: * 5–10 years of corporate tax preparation and management experience. Skills:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Expertise in Auditing, Year-End Close, and Budgeting and Forecasting.

Please note: Candidates must meet all Must-Have qualifications to be considered. Nice-to-Have: * Open to candidates without a CPA certification who demonstrate strong accounting skills and are committed to pursuing certification quickly. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage corporate tax filings.
• Conduct audits and ensure financial compliance with regulations.
• Oversee year-end close, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Leverage QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
• Provide financial guidance while adhering to accounting standards.
